IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is a minimum order requirement of $25.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can order by email to Lapcraft@aol.com or call in your order to 614-764-8993. To call in your order, state catalog number, item description, and size where applicable. When ordering replacement parts, please state year (or year purchased) and model type of machine, as some parts vary slightly from model to model.

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

For email orders we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover & American Express. For telephone orders we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or prepay by check.

 

CHANGES TO PRICING AND POLICY

Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Shipping is paid by customer. All prices are subject to change without notice. Items will be invoiced at current prices. We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints in our catalog or price list.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise returns will be considered under the following conditions only:

  1. Saleable stock products approved for return will receive:

    1. ​90% credit within 365 days of purchase.

    2. 0% credit after one year of purchase.

  2. A written request for return of saleable stock products must be submitted and include:

    1. ​Date of purchase

    2. Product description

    3. Invoice reference

    4. Reason for return

  3. Non-stock products are not refundable and must be pre-paid.

  4. Product return requests for performance reasons will be considered, provided the product is returned within one year of purchase and the product is submitted with the following information:

    1. ​Return authorization number to be obtained from Lapcraft

    2. Date of purchase

    3. Product description

    4. Invoice reference

    5. Reason for return

  5. Shipping charges for authorized returns must be prepaid by the customer.

  6. All Returns subject to a 10% restocking charge.
     

WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

USA ORDERS: We ship UPS or the cheapest way possible unless customer requests an alternative method. Please include your complete shipping address along with your mailing address and phone number. UPS will not deliver to a PO box. If you require parcel post, please advise us. Customer pays the shipping.

 

CANADIAN ORDERS: We ship UPS to those Canadian areas having that service, otherwise, orders weighing less than 66 lbs. will be shipped parcel post. Heavier orders may be shipped in two cartons via parcel post to meet insurance limits of $500.00 per cartoon.
ORDERS CANNOT BE SHIPPED C.O.D.

 

FOREIGN ORDERS: Lapcraft will ship your order parcel post on orders below the weight limits for your country. Generaly, airfreight is the best method. Please include your complete shipping instructions.

 

AIR SERVICE: Please call us for quotes if you would like your order shipped via air serivce. We generally ship UPS 2nd Day or Next Day, but there are many other options. Air freight companies are competitive, and rates and services are constantly changing. UPS, FedEx, and other special air freight services are available in most countries. Please advise us when placing your order if you require air service. We will provide you with a current quote of shipping changes.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WITH PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

Open your packages upon receipt. Any adjustment for damage to merchandise in shipment must be made with carrier. If there is visible damage at time of delivery, the carrier must make note of this at time of receipt. In case of concealed damage discovered after unpacking, contact the delivery carrier immediately to request an inspect. SAVE ALL PACKING AND CARTONS.
